Michael d'Arcy teaches at: The Royal Irish Academy of Music, Dublin. He is the principal string tutor of the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland, and has also coached the Symphony Orchestra of both the Royal Irish Academy, and the DIT Conservatoire. Michael d'Arcy has given masterclasses and workshops at venues throughout Europe and North America. He is a frequent member of competition and scholarship juries, including the RTE "Musician of the Future" competition and the "Premio Valentino Bucchi" in Rome.
